About Allbeauty

Allbeauty Originally launched in 2004 as Cheapsmells.com, offering 100 fragrance and beauty brands. By 2005 the supplier list had expanded into the thousands and annual revenue had reached £1 million. The expansion continued with a logo update and website refresh in 2007 and by 2010 Cheapsmells employed over 100 people. In 2014 all current programmes merged with allbeauty.com. Going into 2017 Allbeauty had picked up a number of awards and nominations, topping the Which? Best Online Shops Survey. The Allbeauty brand has continued to grow and in 2022 it launched the Klarna pay later payment service, introduced a refer a friend scheme and launched a number of new brands.

Delivery

Allbeauty has a couple of easy delivery options available for you:

Evri tracked 48. This will cost £2.95 or it's FREE when you spend over £30. You should receive your products in 2 - 3 business days.

Royal Mail tracked 48. This is the other basic option available, FREE on orders over £20. The delivery aim is also 2 - 3 business days.

Evri Next Day or Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is priced at £3.95 and Allbeauty aim to get your purchase over to you within 1 - 2 business days. Orders for Evri must be placed before 3pm Mon - Friday, and Royal Mail orders must be placed before 8pm.

Returns

Allbeauty offers no quibble 60 day returns. They are unable to exchange or refund grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from their original packaging. Return options will vary on how your order was delivered. Royal Mail deliveries will be returned through the Royal Mail website and Evri deliveries will be returned through the Evri return a parcel scheme.
