Products
Kuddly really has some interesting innovative products. Their adjustable pillow is particularly interesting for those struggling to find the right pillow. The oversized Hoodie Blankets are a great addition for the winter, but can be a little overpriced if buying just one. We recommend taking advantage of their many mix & match promotions or multibuy codes as these make the products much more affordable. The product range isn't the largest but we have a feeling this will only grow in the future as Kuddly is still a relatively new company.
Delivery
Kuddly offers FREE express delivery anywhere in the UK. In this case many of you will receive your product the next business day, but most people report waiting between 2-5 days. Orders placed before 3pm qualify for next working day delivery. Delivery is always free, but during peak sale times delivery times may be delayed slightly due to restock issues.
Returns and refunds
Kuddly offers a 30 day return policy but this is reduced to 7 days when purchasing their footwear. While they offer refunds with little fuss from what we can see, the process to send a return isn't the simplest. You'll need to email Kuddly directly with photos of your items before you'll get an authorization number.
Customer Services
Customer service options seem friendly enough but we wish there were more options for getting in touch. With many retailers offering WhatsApp, Twitter and Live Chat options we feel like this is missing to make Kuddly customer service top notch. That being said, their extensive FAQ section does cover most issues you'd ever run in to.

When are the Kuddly sales
Kuddly has a number of seasonal sales, often with voucher codes given extra discounts on top of side wide sales. Keep an eye out for Mix & Match promotions and multibuys. Often the prices of products goes down significantly when you buy multiples of a product. Our advice is to arrange new Hoodie Blankets or Slippers for the whole family or friendship group to get the best savings.

Kuddly offers full refunds on most products returned 30 days from the date of delivery.
Contact support@kudd.ly with photos of your products and you will be provided with a returns authorization number. Once authorised your order must arrive at the Kuddly warehouse within 14 days.
Essential oils are non-refundable once removed from their packaging or used. Items must be returned in similar condition as when they were purchased with tags. Returns are not available on products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable". Komfies and Kloud Sliders are subject to a 7 day return policy.
