Clarks offers high quality shoes in a number of styles. Their collection of school shoes and boots really stand out to us as highlights. They also provide a number of shoe care products and guides to help you new shoes go the distance. The Clarks selection is ever expanding but there is still a limited selection. We'd love to see more accessories added like beautiful leather products for men.
Delivery
Clarks offers a great selection of delivery options. It's very clear which courier you'll be using depending on your options. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75, but we would love it if this threshold was a little lower. Of course, you can also opt for click & collect and pick your order up in your nearest Clarks store.
Returns and refunds
Clarks offers 28 day returns. If you end up with a faulty product you do have 6 months to return it so this is reassuring when buying higher quality shoes. Clarks has a dedicated returns centre on their website which takes you through the returns process step by step. It offers you a number of return options so you can choose the one that works for you.
Customer Services
Clarks customer service is of a very high quality. Customer service assistants are available online via a live chat, email or by phone. The staff in-store are always very accommodating, friendly and more than happy to help you pick out the right shoe for you. In-store assistant are trained to give shoe fittings for both kids and adults, and for the grown ups there are personal shopping options available.
Carbon Footprint
Clarks' very first pair of slippers was crafted from leftover sheepskin, so it's safe to say they take pride in their care for the environment. The Clarks ShoeShare scheme has diverted over 1700 tonnes of shoes from landfill. Over 90% of their leather is sourced from Gold, Silver and Bronze rated tanneries and they source renewable electricity for over 80% of their sites across Europe. About Clarks
The history of Clarks actually dates back to 1821 when Cyrus Clark entered the trade of wool-stapling, fellmongering and tanning. His original ideas included the idea of making rugs out of sheepskins instead of pulling off the wool. In 1825, Cyrus and James Clark made a slipper from sheepskin offcuts.This was revolutionary at the time and Clarks continued to break ground in a number of ways, eventually producing the world's first foot-shaped shoe. Clarks are a staple of the British high street and are considered shoe experts. Their range is ever expanding and they pride themselves in offering not only a variety of shoe sizes, but also shoe widths to suit everyone.

Clarks has a couple of easy delivery options available for you:
Standard delivery via Evri Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm. This service is FREE on orders over £75, and £3.95 on orders under £75.
Collect from store within 4 days This is available from any full price Clarks store (not Outlet or Wholesale) and is FREE on all orders.
Next day delivery via DPD. For this service, orders must be placed before 7pm. Deliveries are made 7 days a week and this costs £6.95 on all orders.
Express delivery via Evri. Delivery will be made within 2 days. This is £5.95 on all orders and deliveries are made Mon - Sat 8am -8pm.
Returns
Clarks offers 28 day returns. You'll need to return your shoes unworn or unused in their original packaging. You can return your product to your local Clarks store or via the Clarks online returns portal. There are a number of preferred shipping options available for you to choose from.
