Wowcher offers a huge product selection, it's very rare you can't find what you're looking for. However, all listings are provided by external merchants, so the quality of your purchases can vary. This also means that T&C's for products can vary purchase to purchase which can be a bit harder to keep up with, so be sure to read the small print.
Delivery
The great thing about buying online vouchers is that they are emailed to you almost immediately in most cases. This is great for experiences and spa breaks. Physical products are sent directly from the merchants though so delivery times and quality is not always consistent.
Returns and refunds
Wowcher offers 14 day returns of vouchers if unclaimed. You can manage your Wowchers individually from your account and get direct help. However if Wowcher themselves cannot help you you'll need to get in contact with the merchant directly, and the speed and qualities of replies cannot be assured.

The deals on Wowcher tend to last 24-48 hours before being refreshed. Wowcher shows deals from a number of external merchants and uses your location to bring you the best deals personal to you. It provides you with an email voucher to redeem with merchants to get you the best price possible.
How does it work?
Wowcher purchases can range from products direct from merchants to experience days. Since you aren't buying a product directly from a Wowcher warehouse, how does it work? Once you purchase your deal on Wowcher you'll receive a code via email which you can then redeem to enjoy your product or experience. Your email confirmation will have all the instructions needed to redeem. For example, if you purchase a restaurant experience you'll be given the contact details and how to book your table and redeem your discount. Your code will usually be sent to you immediately, but occasionally the vouchers will be sent out when the deal closes.
Be aware that your Wowcher will have an expiry date and must be redeemed before this time. This is often 28 days after purchase. Unless explicitly stated, you can even gift your vouchers to others! In your account section you'll be able to view your purchases and can either redeem it yourself or gift it to someone special by email. Your Wowcher isn't set in stone and you can redeem it for the original deal that was listed, in the Wowcher shop at https://www.wowchershop.co.uk/ or you can add it for Wowcher wallet credit. You can also sometimes redeem the voucher towards an alternative deal.
What does Wowcher sell?
Because Wowcher does not sell any products directly to consumers and relies on products and offerings from external merchants, the selection of offers is one of the broadest around. There are however some staple categories which always have a large selection of products to browse through daily.
