Their pricing is often competitive and you'll be able to find both affordable and high end goods. It's one of the easiest places to shop for birthdays and Christmas and stocks many big brands. There is very little you won't be able to find online at Very.
Delivery
Very offers every delivery option you could possibly think of. On top of click & collect you can get standard delivery, nominated day delivery, supplier direct delivery as well as express delivery on white goods and furniture. Depending on the product you can even get next day delivery on furniture goods and sofas, something which is particularly rare!
Returns and refunds
You have 28 days to return any unwanted items and Very has made the process very simple. Simply fill in the advice note that came in your parcel and pop this inside. Then just go to your account or your orders section and follow the instructions. You can choose Collect+ or Royal mail returns. Returns at Very are free, and they extend the returns period over the holidays so you can still return any unwanted Christmas presents up until January.
Customer Services
The Very assistant feature is super easy to use and can be accessed through your account. This is available 24/7 and if the assistant can't find the answer it will automatically hand you over to the Customer Care Team. We also like that there is a direct number to call for any problems, it can sometimes be disheartening having to wait around for email replies so we like this direct contact option.
Carbon Footprint
The Very Group has committed to net zero by 2040. In 2020 they switched to renewable sourced electricity for their UK operations which reduced emissions by 70%. The aim is to have all stores and warehouses powered by net zero electricity by 2030. They have ramped up their new fulfilment centre Skygate, which has been certified A rated for energy efficiency and offset all inbound freight emissions via global nature based projects.

Very Delivery and returns
Very offers a number of delivery options including gift delivery straight to their door. You can manage and add multiple addresses in your account area to make delivery easy. You can use Click & Collect services free on orders over £30, or for £3.99 on orders below this. Your order will be delivered to a Collect+ store or Post Office and is usually delivered the next day.
