Gtech manufacture a comprehensive range of motor driven electricals such as vacuums, garden tools, drills and even massage tables! Most of these are cordless using lithium-ion batteries, sometimes these are interchangeable between products (such as the grass trimmer and hedge cutter)
Delivery
Gtech offer free delivery on all their main products but smaller accessories are charged at £3.99. You can also upgrade the free delivery to next day delivery for £5.99. During promotional periods the next day delivery is often free. Be aware smaller items and accessories have a 5-10 working day delivery.
Returns and refunds and warranty
Gtech offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you change your mind you can return the product for a refund or exchange. Though this is a great feature you do have to pay £10 for the return shipping. Still it's a great feature to see. In addition to this, all their main products are covered by a 2 year warranty. Small items / accessories have a 6 month warranty.
Customer Services
Gtech offer customer support 7 days a week. However, there doesn't appear to be any web chat. You are limited to the call centre or email. There is a handy order tracker onsite where you only need your order number and postcode.
Carbon Footprint
Gtech have information on how to safely dispose old of old products on their web site and they refurbish any returned products and resell the via outlets as reconditioned. Other than that their efforts seem limited in reducing their carbon footprint.

Moving to Worcester in 2016, Gtech has sold over 22 million products in 19 different countries. Originally focusing on floorcare, in recent years Gtech have branched into DIY and gardening with a range of cordless strimmers, power tools and even robot lawnmowers!
