Robert Dyas has an expansive range of products for both home and outdoor. We love that you can find big brands and affordable options. Going to the oven dish section lets you select everything from Pyrex dishes for less than £8 to £70 lasagne dishes. They have great Mega Deal promotions constantly on and almost all categories have some sort of clearance or discount section for extra savings. A lot of the products can also be picked up at your local store. We find it easy to order for collection to save going down to the store and being disappointed when something isn't in stock.
Delivery
Robert Dyas has 4 main delivery options. There are often voucher codes running for free standard delivery over a certain threshold. You can also find next day delivery, named day delivery and even Saturday delivery. You can enter your phone number at checkout to get delivery updates and in general we found there is a lot of transparency about delivery times. Once you start needing next day, named day or Saturday delivery the costs can start climbing to £14.99 depending on product size.
Returns and refunds
Returns are extremely easy if you live close to a Robert Dyas. You can pop into your local store to receive a refund within 48 hours. 14 days is a fairly standard returns period but given the wide product range we'd love if this was closer to 30 days. If you need to get a product picked up to return there starts to be quite a hefty collection charge. Some products can cost £30 to get collected, which is quite a dent in the bank account.

About Robert Dyas
Purchased in 2012 by former Dragons' Den investor Theo Pahitis, Robert Dyas dates back to the 1870s. Originally from County Meath in Ireland, Robert Dyas emigrated to England and opened his first shop in London in 1872. Inherited by his sons who took over the business, it stayed in the family, being run by Dyas' grandsons who died in 1961 and 2002. It has changed hands a number of times and has been owned by Change Capital Partners before falling into financial difficulty. It was eventually sold to Theo Paphitis. Robert Dyas has over 93 shops in 2022 and a large online shopping presence.

There are 4 main delivery options available to you if you live in the UK Mainland. These options are standard delivery, next day delivery, named day delivery and Saturday delivery. Returns & refunds
Robert Dyas offers a 14 day returns policy.You can request a refund via Robert Dyas customer services. If you are returning your goods you will be charged for collection. This is usually around £7.50 for small items and £30 for large items. Alternatively, most products can be returned to your local Robert Dyas store.
