• IMPORTANT: The inner bowl must be frozen before use. When pre-freezing the inner bowl please make sure that the bowl is placed in the freezer in an upright position and the freezer temperature is at least -15C. When making ice cream - insert the pre-frozen bowl into the outer bowl, insert the mixing paddle into the lid, attach lid and start the machine. When the paddle is moving, slowly pour the ice cream mixture into the bowl through the feeder opening in lid. Let the ice cream machine work for approx. 10 min.
