Delivery
Converse offer free delivery on orders over £50 otherwise it's £5.50. Expect delivery to take 4-5 working days. This is quite slow when compared to other stores. Even their expensive (£12) express delivery takes 2-3 working days
Returns and refunds
30 days standard return period though you can still return them after that provided the product is unworn and unwashed. Allow up to 13 days total time to receive the refund

Phone lines are open till 8pm (Mon-Fri) Saturday till 6pm. You can also email them. There is no live chat though
Carbon Footprint
Converse is owned by Nike who are aiming to reduce their emmissions by 50% by 2025. They also minimise off cuts and use some recycled cotton and polyester in their designs. Still plenty of room for improvement though!
