Yes, all products come with a manufacturer's guarantee or warranty. The length depends on the product but as a minimum you'll be covered for 12 months.

Can I try out my mattress?

You have the ability to purchase Sleep Trial Mattress, which you can try for 60 nights. If you don't love it you can exchange it for another mattress.

Delivery

Mattress Online offers both standard and premium delivery.

Standard delivery is FREE. Delivery can take place as soon as the next day. Delivery happens between 7am-8pm, within a 2 hour time slot. Weekend delivery is available for an extra £17.50 and they can collect your old mattress for an extra £28. Items will be delivered to the main entrance of your building.

Premium delivery is available for £20, but sometimes they'll upgrade you for free! The main difference between this and standard delivery is that with premium delivery your mattress can be taken to the room of your choice.

Returns and refunds

You can return your purchase within 28 days providing it is unused, it hasn't been slept on and the packaging is unopened. You'll need to arrange your own courier to return your item back to Mattress Online and cover the cost yourself.
