Products
Wickes sell a huge range of DIY products including complete kitchens and bathrooms. Most stores have kitchen showrooms and they all offer free design appointments
Delivery
Wickes offer free standard delivery on orders over £85 Orders below that are fairly hefty at £7 you can however click and collect most items. If you chose next day delivery then you must place the order before 3pm. Bulky items are delivered by a special lorry and incur a £35 charge
Returns and refunds
For all stocked items you have 30 days to return the item. Products that are delivered direct from the supplier are limited to 14 days. You can either bring the item to a store, or arrange for a collection

Carbon Footprint
Wickes have taken a lot of steps to reduce their carbon footprint. All of their stores run on renewable energy and most of there stores use low energy lighting. They are on target to have 70% of their company car fleet to be BEV or PHEV by the end of 2023. 92.8% of their waste is currently recycled. Their zero waste target is 2025
